A Delivery With Agility Huddle is a timeboxed, purposeful and focused meeting to inspect progress towards a Community objective and adapt the plan to achieve it.
A huddle should be engaging, collaborative and fun!
A great way to start a huddle is to share and celebrate our successes. Contrary to what some might think, this is not a distraction because it serves to reinforce our focus on the Community objective and importantly, to recognise those who are working towards it, you, our members.
The Delivery With Agility Weekly Huddle is timeboxed to 30 minutes. This means that although the meeting can take less than 30 minutes, and finish sooner, it must not last longer than this.
This helps to keep everyone engaged and focused.
